Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Extended 90-Day Risk-Free Trial (Selected Products)
For selected products, such as our Therapeutic Traction Massager Pillow, we offer a 90-Day Risk-Free Trial. This allows you to try the product for up to 90 days, and if you’re not satisfied, you can request a refund within that period.
The same return conditions apply — the item must be returned with all parts included and in good condition.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

- Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be returned in its original condition, with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
