Very relaxing and helps the stiff necks, also the headaches greatly.
I wasn't sure if it would work as advertised, but it delivers what it says. It has 2 settings, manual and automatic. The automatic setting has a heating system too. After trying both settings, I prefer to use the manual one. It would stop automatically eventually without realising it as I fall asleep and sleep on this pillow until morning. It took ages to arrive in my place though, around a month. Apparently, it is not stocked in Australia, so, the product is delivered from overseas.
Very happy with the purchase. It has really helped relieve the pain in my neck. I find it very relaxing to use. Would definitely recommend this product to family and friends.
I've had it for a month now. There's some relief immediately following a session, but as yet, no lasting results. I'll keep to the daily routine and see what happens in a few more weeks.
Stay away! Selling defective products and terrible customer service!
Do not waste your time or money with Knotless Comfort. I purchased a pillow massager from them, and it arrived completely defective. Instead of taking accountability and offering a simple return, their CS team (Grace) did nothing but make pathetic excuses. They blamed my household power outlets and demanded that I go test out specifically newer "fast USB charger" just to get their broken product to turn on. I have to test it with multiple standard wall & phone chargers, took a video proving the unit itself is faulty, and sent it to them. Despite clear evidence, they still refused to provide a prepaid return label. They tried to twist the ACL to claim that I have to pay out of my own pocket to ship their defective junk back to them.
This company provides a useless product & incredibly frustrating CS. It has been an absolute waste of my time. Save yourself the headache & buy from a reputable brand. Stay away!

Really good heating mechanism but as a massage pillow it fails. You can feel the airbags filling n moving but not a real asset. Also hard to control as you cant see the buttons to adjust.
I love everything about it how it massages and heats up the area while being massaged. I have found it very good for areas of my back as well when placed in that position.
I gifted this to my husband who is always complaining neck and shoulder pain from working on the computer. He loves it. He falls a sleep while using it because it’s relaxing and the heating is perfect for sore muscles.

This massager just tends to vibrate in different not really massage. The traction feature good. But having to push a button to swap from one function to another is annoying it should offer massage with some traction in one setting. Also once I have been using for a while under 10 minutes it gets a warm plastic smell to it. This product provides some relief but I was expecting a better massage, not just vibrations.
Very happy from beginning now I having problems with connection. Only warm up for short time and stops.
I don’t know way is doing that.
Other ways I liked and using everyday.

It seems ok, there is a burning smell about halfway through the auto time. I don't have anything else to compare it to. Is it the same as the Calaxie one?
After reading the reviews of the 3-1 therapeutic massage pillow l thought of giving it ago and l am so glad l did it is the best using it before bed l was able to sleep well and nit wake up with a sore neck love this product
Love the pillow! I initially had some connectivity issues ( possibly faulty cable) but Grace sorted this out for me very quickly and sent a replacement. Excellent customer service and great communication. Much appreciated - I highly recommend the product!
